cas3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the cas3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer to users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by cas3 through https://cas3.bet, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The cas3 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or permanent residents legally eligible to participate in online betting and entertainment activities under the local laws applicable to them.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to register only one account on cas3. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. cas3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. cas3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Prohibited Conduct on the Platform
Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the cas3 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or AI systems to manipulate betting or game outcomes
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Transferring account balances to another user's account without prior written consent from cas3
- Abusing bonus or promotional offers by opening multiple accounts or through other unauthorised means
- Transmitting any content containing viruses, malicious code, or elements capable of damaging the platform's systems
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the cas3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local online banking methods including FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in your account portal at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed to the verified Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. cas3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the relevant financial institution and may take between one and five business days.

Cas3 is not responsible for any charges, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing. Users are responsible for understanding their own tax obligations under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Cas3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of the stated terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration.
In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, cas3 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact our support team to request a review.
Cas3 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, cas3 shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
- Any act or omission by a third party, including payment service providers
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and that they participate entirely of their own accord, with full understanding of those risks.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the cas3 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of cas3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without explicit written consent from cas3. Unauthorised commercial use of the cas3 brand name by any external party is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The cas3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. cas3 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before engaging with it.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Cas3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
